On Thursday, February 19, 2015, of Takoma Park, MD. Native Washingtonian and Marine Corp Veteran of Vietnam. Beloved son of the late Paul and Rita Richards; brother of Paula Scoggins, Michael G. Richards, Patricia Dye, Rosemary Ries and the late Peter Richards. Also survived by a son Gately Thomas Richards and numerous nieces and nephews.
