Of Beltsville, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2016. Beloved husband of Evelina D. Solatan; father of Agnes Mae D. Solatan; brother of Irene Barcelona Solatan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins in the United States, Philippines and Australia. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Thursday, March 17, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 11007 Montgomery Road, Beltsville, MD, on Friday, March 18, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
