Josephine Lee Moy (Age 62)
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, Josephine Lee Moy on March 17, 2016 at the age of 62. She was born in Hong Kong and worked for Inland Revenue. In 1975 she immigrated to America and married Harry Moy. They settled down in Silver Spring, MD and raised three daughters. She worked first as a baby sitter, then as a sales associate at Lord and Taylor, and finally as a file clerk at IAM National Pension Fund. She enjoyed reading Chinese novels; solving crossword, sudoku, and jigsaw puzzles; and home decorating. Most of all, she loved spending time with family and close friends. We will always remember her joyful smile, quiet strength, and loving heart. We miss her tremendously and she will forever be in our thoughts.
She is survived by her husband Harry Moy; daughters Linda Lee, Melissa Lim, and Natalie Moy; and four grandchildren. She is also survived by her father Chun-Kin Lee, sister-in-law Marilyn Lee and family, brother Andrew Lee and family, sister Emily Fung and family, and brother Edmond Li and family. She was predeceased by her mother Chau-Kiu Lai and older brother Albert Lee.
A viewing and funeral service will be held at Collins Funeral Home in Silver Spring, Maryland. The viewing will be on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. The funeral service will be on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 11am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, MD.
