On Saturday, October 20, 2012, of Brookeville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Hance Fooks and Hiram Lyon; mother of James H. (Gail) Fooks; grandmother of Jacquelyn, Shannon and the late Kristie Fooks; sister of Rev. Elgar Soper; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be celebrated at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, October 26 at 11 a.m. Interment private.
