CORWIN A. HANSEN
Corwin “Corky” Hansen, Capt. USNR Retired and engineer, on Saturday, April 9, 2016. He was 97. Born October 13, 1918, he is survived by daughters, Lee (Ed) Harrison and Elizabeth (Jim) Monroe; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of some 60 years, Beatrice. Relatives and friends may call at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, August 10 from 12:30 p.m. till 1 p.m. when the Mass of Christian Burial will begin. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday, August 11 at 9 a.m. Those wishing to attend the service at Arlington must arrive to the Administration building by 8:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled Veterans of America Charitable Service Trust 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
