On Friday, December 14, 2012, of Wheaton, MD. Beloved husband for 46 years of Linda L. Hayes; father of Daniel R. Hayes (Lauren) and Nicole Hayes Grim (Joseph); brother of Mary Mason, Alice Froelich and the late Charles “Sam” Hayes; grandfather of Joseph and Jamie Grim. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Ave. & Cable Drive, Kensington, MD on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
