Beloved wife of George G.Carter; mother of Melissa Anne and Elizabeth Marie Carter; sister of Steven James Corkran; daughter of the late James Shelly and Barbara (Betty) Elizabeth Corkran. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Historic Church, 9700 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, March 2, at 3 p.m. Interment private.
