She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry of nearly 61 years; mother of Christopher (Maria), Pamela Jean Cox and the late Deborah Susan Simon; grandmother to Melanie Simon (Brian Schisler) and Tim Cox. Great-grandmother to Grace Olivia Schisler; sister to Jean (Ed) Landgraf; aunt to Scott, David (Tania) and Larry Landgraf. Visitation at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, March 22, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Valet Parking. Memorial service on Saturday, March 23, at 1 p.m. at Christ Congregational Church, 9525 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD.
