VIRGINIA H. PAYNE (Age 88)
On Thursday, April 18, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD, formerly of Arlington, VA. Beloved by her family: her late husband, Robert K. Payne; children, Lizanne Payne, Stephen C. Payne, and Leslie Eckard; sons-in-law, Chris Brannigan and Steven (Bo) Eckard; grandchildren, Brian and Molly Schmalzbach, Stephen and Lauren Payne, and Anna and Stephanie Eckard; and great-grandchildren, Stella, Peter, and Josiah Schmalzbach. Also survived by her loving brothers, Bill Heginbotham and Lloyd Heginbotham of Texas; predeceased by five other siblings. Relatives and friends may call at Norbeck Memorial Park Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd., Olney, MD, on Saturday, April 27, from 1 to 2 p.m.; where the funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment Norbeck Memorial Park.
