Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, of Bowie, MD. Beloved wife of John Grondalski; mother of Christopher Grondalski and Heather Grondalski; daughter of Allen and Esther Staats; sister of Dianne (Tony) Stettler, Paula (Pat) Wood, and Darlene Batchelor. Also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart-Bowie, 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD, on Monday, January 13, at 10 a.m. Interment ate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
