Beloved husband of the late Opal Elizabeth “Beth” Black; father of Kay Brooke, Donald Black and David Black; grandfather of Scott (Angie) Brooke and Tiffany (Jan) Patterson. Also survived by five great-grandchildren. Rev. David served the Episcopal Diocese of Washington for over 40 years.
