On Saturday, April 26, 2014, of Harpers Ferry, WV. He was a long time resident of Takoma Park and White Oak, MD. Beloved brother of Jean Shifflett, Stephen (Lynn) Faulconer and the late Kenneth Faulconer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
