On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, of North Bethesda, MD. Beloved wife for 65 years of Arthur E. Pardee; mother of Rosemary Slocum (Richard), Katherine “Kit” Pardee, Christine Miller and Philip Pardee. Also survived by a grandson, Dr. Andrew Holz (Dr. Margaret Chang Holz); three great grandsons, William, Daniel and Lucas; sister-in-law, Mary Horan and niece Mary Margaret Horan. Relatives and friends may call at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, July 18, 2014, from 12 noon to 1 p.m., with Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. Interment St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies, St. Mary’s Hall, 3700 Reservoir Rd., N.W.,Washington, DC 20057-1107.
